Craggy Island seeks nominations for Charity of The Year 2014.

During  2013 Craggy Island  has supported Guildford based Disability Challengers.   During this year, Craggy Island pledged to support Disability Challengers by providing indoor climbing sessions completely free of charge to not only the youngsters that attend the Disability Challenger centers but also for the families and volunteers during specially arranged sessions.  Dani Rushmer general manager for Craggy Island explains “We believe that climbing is a sport that can and should be enjoyed by all.  It was delightful to offer our practical support getting everyone up our walls.”  The year-long support for the charity is estimated to have been worth in the region of £10,000k made up of free sessions and fund raising events.

Starting January 2014, Craggy Island, which has climbing centres both here in Guildford and a sister centre in Sutton, is asking for nominations for the next charity the company can support.  Visit  for full details.

Please note that the closing date for applications is Friday 25th of October 2013.

Once all applications have been received the Charity of the Year will be chosen by Members  at Craggy Island by means of a voting process and the winner announced during early December.
