Franke Sissons senior management team has successfully summited Mount Snowden to raise money for three important cancer charities including Chesterfield’s own Ashgate Hospice.
The team shown here, from right to left, Victoria Himsworth, Joanne Meadows, Andy Dukelow (MD), Mark Wilson and Andy Martin, also happen to have three nasty knee injuries between them making the climb even more arduous.
Smashing their initial target of £3k to raise £3.5k the intrepid team approached, friends, family, colleagues, customers and suppliers in a bid to raise valuable funds for Ashgate Hospice, Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Andrew Dukelow Managing Director for Franke Sissons said, “People don’t realise Snowden is our highest peak outside Scotland – it’s far more taxing than you imagine. Thanks to all our supporters for donating. The funds are to be split equally between the charities.”
